If you receive a defective spray nozzle, you do not need to return the entire stain bottle. Return only the defective nozzle for replacement.
Return Instructions :
1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order date (merchandise does not have to be received within 30 days, just in the possession of the shipper).
2. All returns must have a RMA # (return merchandise authorization number) clearly visible on the outside of the box. Returns without a visible RMA number will be refused. If you do not have an RMA number, please visit the link below.
3. All non-defective merchandise must be returned in re-saleable condition. Returned shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. If you are not pleased with the results after applying a bottle of 5-Minute Fence Stain, do not continue staining. We cannot pay refunds on open or used bottles of stain.
5. Please ship your return via United Parcel Service (UPS). US Mail will not ship to this address.

6. Either your account will be credited or you'll receive a check in the mail within 30 business days after we receive the returned item.
7. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be refused.
